National Defense Agency
The following policy is developed by the Office of the owner and its subsequent enforcement bodies to act as a definitive guide to the professional behavior and the directed consequences for acting in violation. To view a section click on the heading.
- Section 1. Powers and In command Levels:
This section highlights the powers of members and command levels.
Schedule 1.
The Term used in context within official NDA forums or documents that refers to 'ic' means In command.
Schedule 2.
Ic is to be listed from First in command to the last in command. [1ic -]
Schedule 3.
In command is the level of authority in which a member or rank holds in coordination to the overall ranking.
Schedule 4.
Dic maybe used as a term to define 'Department in command' levels.
Schedule 5.
Dic is to be listed from Department first in command to Department Last in command [1dic -]
Schedule 6.
Any rank list must state the individuals In command level.
Schedule 7.
Dic is optional in the following departments and offices of the NDA: [NDA] Office of the Owner. [NDA] Department of policy.
Dic Must be defined in the following Departments and offices of the NDA: [NDA] Office of the Director. [NDA] Office of Mental Health. [NDA] Office of Law. [NDA] Office of Ethics. [NDA] Main group.
Schedule 8.
Members caught implying in any way that there rank or person is an Ic or Dic higher than what it officially is will be demoted under self promotion schedules of this policy .
- Section 2. Professional Conduct:
This section describes what acts are professional and not within the NDA and it's members.
Schedule 1.
Members will not engage in sexual activities within the property of the National Defense Agency.
Schedule 2.
Members will not engage in sexual activities publicly whilst wearing the NDA badge and / or motto.
Schedule 3.
Personal relationships should not hinder your duties within the NDA.
Schedule 4.
Relationships with employees that are considered to have any effect on your professional judgement within the agency will not be tolerated.
Schedule 5.
If you are Officially married with both parties consent on habbo.com you should inform your commanding officer of whom you are married to.
Schedule 6.
If you are proven to be engaging in more than one relationship then you will be issued a final warning. If your relationship with multiple persons should continue your employment will be terminated.
Schedule 7.
The Director of Ethics has the right to initiate an investigation under this section.
Schedule 8.
Violation of this policy will result in an automatic warning from the Director of Ethics and if your conduct should continue an application will be made to the Office of the owner for you to be fired.
Schedule 9.
The director of Ethics can fire those with standard ranks who act in violation of this policy after they have been issued with a written warning.
Schedule 10.
An investigation issued by the Director of Ethics against a member of the Directors group must be authorized by the Office of the Owner.
Schedule 11.
Offences under this section will be classified as Private and reports / information should not be issued to the public unless otherwise approved by the Office of the owner.
Schedule 12.
A member wishing to appeal an investigation under this section should apply through the Director of Human rights.
Schedule 13.
The Office of Law has the authority to issue requests for formal investigation under this section.
Schedule 14.
Acts that are sexually inappropriate will be reported to Habbo using the help tool if sighted on NDA property.
Schedule 15.
Sexually molester of any member of staff should be made in a report directly to the office of the owner. The victim should be automatically made an appointment with a MHS specialist within three days. All cases will be reported to habbo staff by the Office of the owner.
Schedule 16.
The Office of Law can issue an order for a Director below 2ic to open there page to public view under this section.
Schedule 17.
A warrant to obtain evidence which will assist in the investigation by the Director of Ethics can be issued by the Office of law under this section.
Schedule 18.
No action under this section can be taken against a Director or Executive member without the prior consent from the Owner.
- Section 3. Refunds and Financial Stability :
Schedule 1.
An act that is designated to disrupt the financial capability to give or receive habbo credits is a Direct violation of this section.
Schedule 2.
Financial Corruption charges are only issued if a Director or executive member has received a serious allegation for either scamming or wrongly collecting.
Schedule 3.
Only the Director of Ethics, Director of the NDA, Chief financial Officer or the Office of the owner has the right to charge Directors or Executives with Financial corruption under this section.
Schedule 4.
Any allegation regarding or that effects the Financial stability of the NDA must automatically be forwarded to both the Chief financial Officer and the office of the owner.
Schedule 5.
An investigation for financial corruption against any member must be approved by Both the Director of Ethics and the Chief financial officer. This must be shown in a written statement from signed by both appropriate users.
Schedule 6.
The Director of Ethics cannot investigate members under this section without the prior approval from the Chief Financial officer.
Schedule 7.
The Chief Financial officer has the right to issue an investigation under this section under the condition that the Director of Internal affairs and Ethics is informed.
Schedule 8.
Serious reports of scamming that are believed to have truth and enough evidence, Must be forwarded to the office of the owner.
Schedule 9.
Any member caught taking coins as payment unless prior written consent from the Owner of the NDA is issued will be automatically fired. If that member owns rights they should be placed on kick on site.
Schedule 10.
Any member caught taking coins for a service outside of the NDA and do not provide the service they offered will automatically be fired. If that member has rights they should be placed on kick on site.
Schedule 11.
Shares are the amounts in percentage a designated member will receive from each purchase made. These percentages are displayed as share listings on the Office of the Owner rank list.
Schedule 12.
Ownership is the percentage of the company the person owns. And is not related to shares.
Schedule 13.
In command level is not to be determined by the amounts people pay.
Schedule 14.
Unauthorized advertising of groups / Habbo rooms that are posted on anything owned by the NDA will be deleted and the offender issued a warning.
Schedule 15.
Advertisement of anything external to habbo on the Habbo forums is strictly prohibited. Posts of this nature should be deleted and if possible the offender should be banned for the duration of two weeks.
Schedule 16.
All purchases will be receipted to the owner, the consumer (purchaser), Joint Owner and the Chief Financial officer. All receipts should have the date, time and time zone of the purchase in clear and bold lettering with a medium or small font. They must also contain which rank was purchased and the amount paid.
Schedule 17.
All purchases must be made in coins. Other methods of payment are only accepted by the owner.
Schedule 18.
Refund are not to be issued for person errors on the count of the person whom requests one. If you would like to make an appeal for a refund then you must pay a small administration cost of 10c for it to be reviewed by the Chief Financial officer.
Schedule 19.
Only appeals approved under this Section by the Chief financial officer or the office of the owner may be entitled to a full refund.
- Section 4. Office of the owner:
Schedule 1.
The office of the owner must have the ranks: shareholder, co owner and joint owner in place at all times.
Schedule 2.
Exact percentage shares must be updated within one hour of any shift in the stocks or other dependencies.
Schedule 3.
The director of the NDA holds the equivalent in command level as the owner at all times [1ic].
Schedule 4.
The co owners must be 2ic at all times and hold a share no less then %50 of the owners.
Schedule 5.
The Office of the owner holds the right to investigate matter within all other departments. Investigations against members within the Office of the owner must be approved by the owner.
Schedule 6.
As the guideline in this schedule if the owner is banned for whatever reason from Habbo and / or must leave due to emergency reasons the Joint owner will be appointed in charge along with the Director of the NDA. Both will hold equal responsibility in this event.
Schedule 7.
The use of the Office of the owner badge on Nda-gov forums are strictly restricted to by permission of the owner only.
Schedule 8.
The Director of the NDA can wear either the Office of the owner badge or the Office of the Director.
Schedule 9.
The Office of the owner staff except as stated in Schedule 8. of this section must wear the Office of the owner badge at all times in and off NDA property unless prior consent is given by the owner or joint owner.
Schedule 10.
The Office of the owner has the authority to act under any schedule of this section.
Schedule 11.
If a member of the Office of the Owner is seen to be trashing there ranking no matter what Ic will be removed upon that even been witnessed. This will also mean that member becoming kick on site.
Schedule 12.
The Director of the NDA should own rights to all agency groups and rooms. Unless otherwise stated by the owner.
Schedule 13.
The co owners of the NDA should own rights to all agency rooms. Unless otherwise stated by the owner.
Schedule 14.
The Joint owner of the NDA should own rights to all agency groups and rooms. Unless otherwise stated by the owner.
Schedule 15.
Only the owner of the NDA should issue group rights to any agency group. Unless otherwise consented by the owner.
Schedule 16.

- SECTION 5. OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR:
Schedule 1.
The Office of the director must be in a structure that conforms with section 1. Powers and command levels. The Director will be listed as 1st in control with his deputy 2ic and so forth in downgrading order.
Schedule 2.
All orders commissioned from the Director of the NDA will hold the National Defense agencies O.D. Official seal.
Schedule 3.
All orders from executive and body directors that direct specific branches and / or departments of the NDA will hold the National Defense agencies Official seal relevant to that specific office or department.
Schedule 4.
Directors body is the term used for a director who holds the rank Director of a department within the [NDA]. For example Director of Security. These members should be refereed to as 'The Board of Directors' The In command level of a D.O. Board member must not Exceed 3ic.
Schedule 5.
Directors cannot fire other directors and can only fire those in there own departments. The Administration of the Director has the right to fire any standard rank member in any department. To fire a HR the Director of the NDA must be informed at all times.
Schedule 6.
All board members must understand the meaning of this song and be able to elaborate and practice its meaning.
Schedule 7.
Members of the Directors board are not to be influenced by commercial gain, regardless of its benefit.
Schedule 8.
A O.D. employee must not be placed in that department as a product of payment either in terms of Furniture or Habbo Credits.
Schedule 8.
All O.D. Members have the powers to add someone to the kick on site list.
Schedule 9.
All Department directors with 4ic or above should hold rights to there given department main groups.
Schedule 10.
All Department Directors with 4ic or above should be able to create branches of there main group created by the owner. These branch groups must not in anyway promote themselves as the Home group to that department.
Schedule 11.
The department is Directed by and under the authority of 1ic Director of the NDA whom is the equivalent command level as the Owner.
Schedule 12.
Only the Chief financial officer may accept any for of rank purchase when correctly installed within the policy. Any changes will be highlighted in a section of this policy.
- SECTION 6. ETIQUETTE AND PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS:
Schedule 1.
Never Disregard Others Time. If a person is AFK or BRB then you must appreciate this and not Harass them.
Schedule 2.
Always dress in a manor in which reflects the NDA to be a professional agency. You must be well groomed at all times whilst presenting the public your NDA credentials.
Schedule 3.
In a social gathering, it is uncouth to boast about grand achievements. Modesty is preferred. Arrogance will not be tolerated.
Schedule 4.
Discrimination towards race, Culture or sexual orientation will not be tolerated.Respect others beliefs and views at all times.
Schedule 5.
If one is to use foul language within [NDA] a warning will be given 3 aggressions will result in termination.
Schedule 6.
Always show utmost respect to each Co-worker as you would treat a family member or respected individual.
Schedule 7.
You should always address Directors and Above with a Greeting. Use Sir or Ma'am at all times and under all circumstances.Example. Good Morning Sir/Ma'am
- SECTION 7. UNIFORM AND ATTIRE POLICY :
Amendment section 1.
Uniform in National Defense Agency is of great significance.
Proper attire reflects the employees professionalism, character, spirit and methods.
Take Note: Failure to Abide [NDA] Uniform is a direct offence of policy and Severe to Moderate consequential action may occur.

-3 Warnings of inappropriate clothing will result in mandatory Normal Uniform.
- Extended Policy: S2. Professional Conduct:
- THE NATIONAL DEFENSE AGENCY AND TINYCHAT
Amendment under Section 2. Professional Conduct of the NDA Policy.
Amendments under this section are by the authority of the NDA Office of the owner and the collective Board Administration. The Following also follows specific orders made in an executive order by the Owner of the National Defense Agency.
This Is a EX1. Classification policy.
Be aware that this policy must be followed or strict sanctions will be imposed against those whom do not comply with them. Under the NDA Guidelines for sanctions and Discipline those who breach a section EX1. Classified policy will be liable to the immediate termination of employment from the Agency. However it is recommended that A section EX3. Liability punishment is enforced in the first offence.
The EX3. Sanction Guidelines allow one given warning before a fixed penalty is enforced. The minimum sanction for a breach of an EX3. Listed policy is a three week suspension or permanent exclusion from the NDA.
Terms of Policy under Section 2. Professional Conduct
Stature one violation - absolute EX1 Classification
Violation 1. EX1 Offence:
To facilitate the abuse of any member of the National Defense agency within the a chat room hosted by or with TinyChat .
Violation 2. EX1 Offence:
To encourage or to advertise a Forum, a discussion or otherwise disruptive method of contact hosted by or with any internet chat room provider.
Violation 3. EX1 Offence:
To engage in any form of contact with an established enemy of the NDA or those whom may want to cause harm to it via any online chat room provider.
Violation 4. EX1 Offence:
To plan or to combine effort to cause disruption or harm to any other habbo player using any online chat provider.
Stature two violation - Minimum EX3. classification
Violation 1a:
To engage in any form of conversation using the Internet host TinyChat or associated web sites / chat rooms.
Violation 1b:
To advertise any forum / method of contact used by persons or otherwise on the Internet Host TinyChat.
Violation 1c:
To log in / create an account as a member of the NDA with the web host TinyChat.
Terms of service addition in relation to this amendment
**Amendment 1. Article one.**
Violation of the EX1 will result in instant breach of the foremost policy and therefore the employment of the offender should be abolished.
**Amendment 2. Article one.**
Violation of the EX3 will result in the instant breach of a secondary or third policy therefore the final warning to an offender should be issued via written or witnessed verbal means.
